Now through October 31, $1 of every pour from their featured beer will be donated to Gateway to Hope, helping provide access to mammograms and financial assistance to women undergoing breast cancer treatment. Pours for Pink is a statewide effort by Missouri breweries and wineries to support their neighbors impacted by breast cancer.
Hosted by Pershing Health System Designed around the theme “Empowered • Screen • Thriving,” the Glow & Grow Health Fair is a free community event that brings together healthcare professionals, local organizations, educational resources, wellness demonstrations, and preventive health screenings, all with the goal of helping women take charge of their health. One of the highlights of the Glow & Grow Health Fair is the opportunity to take advantage of affordable laboratory testing provided by Pershing Health System’s Laboratory. Experienced laboratory professionals will perform blood draws during the event, making it convenient for attendees to learn more about their health. In addition to the health screenings, attendees can visit a variety of community organizations and Pershing Health System departments offering health education, demonstrations, wellness resources, and one-on-one conversations with knowledgeable professionals.
