Guiding you through treatment.
A breast cancer diagnosis feels overwhelming, but we’re here to help you through it. Gateway to Hope’s navigators will guide you every step of the way, helping you get the care you need with compassion and understanding.
Navigation, a nationally recognized, evidence-based practice, contributes to increased cancer survivability by reducing social, emotional, and financial barriers, providing greater access to care.
Our program saves lives.
Women who receive support from Gateway to Hope have better survival rates and improved qualities of life compared to most patients nationally who go through treatment alone. Sadly, too many women find they have to choose between meeting basic needs and accessing healthcare.
Gateway to Hope’s services can help ease that burden. We assist people living at or below 450% FPL in navigating the breast health continuum. That translates to $70,425 or less for a single person, or $144,675 or less for a family of four.
