The Second Annual Perry County Senior Resource EXPO in Perryville, Missouri, is a free community-focused event designed to connect local seniors and caregivers with vital services. Theme: "Slice of the Good Life" Location: Perryville Elks Lodge Date: August 4 Activities: Vendor booths, bingo, and complimentary watermelon slices Goal: A relaxed setting where seniors can learn about healthcare, assisted living, and community support in a social environment to prevent isolation.

Hosted by the Jefferson County Mental Health Summit Coalition 🎉 Excitement is in the air! Get ready to be part of something extraordinary at the 5th annual Jefferson County Mental Health Summit! 🎉 The focus of this year's summit is on self-care and wellness. The majority of the day is dedicated to breakout sessions featuring speakers from various disciplines and school partner agencies. Furthermore, staff can engage in self-care activities, such as, yoga, exercise, and nutrition. Attendees will also have the chance to tour mobile wellness vans and discover resources for their own well-being, as well as, for the students and families they work with. Every registration to this event will bring us closer to achieving our mission of providing education about mental health in youth and developing real world solutions to the issues plaguing our youth.
