Community Resource Fair | 1:00 – 5:00 PM
Local health organizations, including the Masonic Cancer Alliance Mammography Van, will be on-site to connect you with available resources to increase health and wellness, including information and services related to breast health, cancer care, genetic testing, health insurance, and more.
Interested in scheduling a mammogram? Register in advance, and a Gateway to Hope Patient Navigator will contact you to help schedule your appointment. Mammograms will be billed to your insurance when available. If insurance is unavailable or additional financial assistance is needed, costs will be covered by the Masonic Cancer Alliance and Gateway to Hope.
Breast Health Symposium | 5:00 – 6:30 PM
In addition to presentations from experts in breast health and prevention, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in interactive, hands-on learning experiences and make meaningful connections with healthcare providers.
Presentations include:
- Dr. Amy Patel on the current state of breast health in Northwest Missouri.
- Stacy Partin on the importance of knowing your personal risk factors.
