We believe that access to affordable, quality breast healthcare should never depend on where you live, the color of your skin, or how much money you make.
Timely access to care, including testing for earlier detection and more effective treatment, is crucial. Too many women can’t afford that care. It doesn’t have to be this way—and we aim to change it.

Over 6,000 women in Missouri are diagnosed with breast cancer each year, and survival rates are lower for women in rural communities, low–income women, and women of color. More than half of these women qualify for our services, with household incomes at 450% or less of the federal poverty level.
Too many women are forced to make impossible choices between essential living expenses and healthcare that could save their lives. Gateway to Hope is here to change that.
