From the beginning, Gateway to Hope has sought to reduce fear and increase hope felt by patients during their unique breast health journeys. Because cancer doesn’t discriminate and we believe everyone deserves access to life-changing care.

That’s why the approach we take is not about breast cancer, it’s about people. We know everyone’s journey is unique. That’s why we offer custom, 1-on-1 support across the entirety of the breast health continuum.

1. Pre-Screening

We’re increasing community demand for accessible and affordable preventative care through community education.

2. Screening

We provide comprehensive patient-centered navigation to screening and reduce the barriers to delayed screening.

3. Abnormal Findings

We ensure patients are navigated to essential diagnostic care. Only 30% of low-income women in Missouri pursue timely diagnostics.

4. Treatment

Our navigators are in the patient’s corner throughout care, providing essential social support, navigation, and financial assistance to increase treatment adherence.

5. Maintenance

We help patients access continued care through our screening navigation and expanding maintenance programming.

6. End-of-Life

Our specially-trained metastatic navigators help patients access critical palliative and hospice care, while supporting them and their families through grief.
